They wash, dry and fold our clothing, tying our shirts, pants, handerchiefs and kitche towels in neat packages tied together. She uses biodegradable detergent and she knows all of her clients. An added bonus, her employees know our names too! Last Christmas, Johana, gave her regular clients gourmet chocolate to demonstrate her appreciation. She just has that personal touch and we love her service!
What incredible service! I have lived around the Lake for almost two year in diferent towns and Il Bucato has the best service by far! Not only do they wash and dry our clothing properly but they use biodegradable detergent. The owner Johana always greets me and even made a laundry bag with my name on it in order to save the environment, because I was always bringing plastic bags. And it was free! Her heart is in the right place and she provides the best service at Lake Atitlan.
